Free Worldwide Shipping

DS Vintage provides complimentary shipping to every destination we are legally and operationally able to serve. Orders are dispatched from Shanghai, China.

Authentication and Video Confirmation Before Dispatch

Before dispatch, each item is reviewed using Entrupy and/or LegitMark. We will contact you through the official WhatsApp customer service account associated with your order and send a detailed product video for confirmation. Your order will be dispatched after you confirm the item details.

For your security, DS Vintage will never ask you to make payment outside the website checkout through WhatsApp.

FedEx Delivery

Orders are shipped by FedEx. Estimated delivery to major destinations in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by remote locations, public holidays, customs processing, weather or other carrier delays.

Tracking details will be sent after dispatch.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. DS Vintage is responsible for applicable import duties and taxes assessed for normal delivery to the shipping address supplied with the order. You should not normally be asked to pay additional import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. Please contact us before paying any unexpected customs charge.

Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Please check your shipping address before confirming the product video. Contact us immediately if a correction is required. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

If a parcel is delayed, damaged or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us promptly so that we can coordinate with FedEx.
